We have been away in Sydney for a week and have experienced a problem with our call minder (voicemail) service on our Rainbow Bridge line (03 326 6178). We have lost all the unread messages due to a service provider fault. This means that any messages left while Dellaina has been in Sydney have been lost - please accept our apologies (and that of NZ Telecom) for this inconvienience.
We know voicemail messages have been left and we are still working with NZ Telecom to find out how this happened as it has a significant impact on our business if client inquiries are not answered timeously. it would appear as if roll back is not and option all messages have been permanently lost.
