Email Out Of Office Agent

We could not remove the OOO agent from our Xtra email address for The Rainbow Bridge TheRainbowBridge(at)xtra.co.nz which meant people emailing us got the response up to midday on the 7th September NZST. We apologise to for any inconvience to our clients.

A fault was lodged with NZ Telecom who responded and resolved the case within 3 hours. Although it was timeously resolved the automated closure response did not mention that the OOO Agent was not disabled as part of the process and we had to disable it ourselves once they had returned the functionality to us.
Having a bad run with our service provider methinks.
